- Clearer sign-up message: the link in the confirmation email signs you in automatically
v0.41.0
Oct 13, 2026- Blog posts now load straight from our content system, so new posts appear on their publish day without a site update
- Older blog diagrams now follow your light or dark theme
- Mobile: the account menu stays on screen, and the keyboard no longer hides inline balance and payment forms
v0.40.0
Oct 6, 2026- Appearance: pick a Style and a Color, with new standard and gradient palettes; light/dark/system moved to an icon in the top bar
- Optional APR tracking (Pro, Advanced mode): paydown amounts include the interest your next statement is expected to post
- New balance box on each card's slider, and Update balance in Advanced mode's ⋯ menu
- Replaying the walkthrough now covers everything for your plan and mode, from the ? button on every page
- Your dashboard's total "$X to reach" now shows on every plan
- Locked features now say which plan (or Advanced mode) unlocks them when you tap them
- Deleting a card from Tools can now be undone, like on the dashboard
- History: Undo is now Delete, and every balance change you've made shows as a payment or charge
- Statement imports keep your history's running balances correct, even when statements overlap or are imported out of order
- Reminder emails include interest when it's on, and show the payment amount in the plain-text version too
- On phones: card actions are on each card without expanding it, menus and calendars are never cut off, statement review fits the screen, and lists scroll with the page
- Settings: errors appear next to the setting they're about, and switches save on their own without saving unsaved fields
- Data export now includes every preference
- Fixed upgrade and billing links sometimes opening the wrong Profile tab
v0.39.0
Oct 5, 2026- Dark mode and your color palette now load instantly, without a flash of the light theme
- On phones, the dashboard's buttons wrap so + Add card is always visible
- Date fields work better on phones: the keypad has a period, dates can be typed as 10.04.2026 or 10042026, and the calendar opens from its button instead of covering the keyboard
- Bigger tap targets on phones for skip menus, your avatar, toggles, the calendar, and History's range buttons; money fields open the decimal keypad
- Current balance can be entered as a negative number for a card carrying a credit
- Clearer error messages, and a failed card delete now explains why right in the menu
- Closing a statement upload after it's been read now asks before discarding it
- Notes that point you elsewhere now link there: add your first card from Tools, and open a card's edit form straight from the payoff calculator
- Each page now has its own browser tab title
- Fixed the 'Your next move' explanation to match how cards are actually ranked
v0.38.0
Oct 4, 2026- Fixed due dates showing a month late between a statement closing and its payment being due, and the 7-day due-date reminder not sending for some cards. Cards that close at the end of the month no longer drift to an earlier day
- Long payment histories are no longer cut off in charts, History, exports, and statement imports
- If a card payment for your plan fails, your Pro features stay on while you fix it, with a banner and an Update payment method button in Billing
- Logging a payment, charge, or interest, editing a card, and undoing changes now save all at once, so a dropped connection can't leave a card half-updated
- Setting a balance from a reminder email or applying a simulation now records a payment or charge, like everywhere else
- Rows and forms stay open while the dashboard, History, and Tools refresh
- Add and Edit card check your entries the same way, show problems next to the field, and accept negative balances (credits)
- Browser push notifications are now turned on and off per device
- Smaller fixes: skipped cards reappear at the right time, cards already at target are no longer listed as 'Pay this first', pay buttons work while a search filter is active, and statement read errors are no longer hidden
- Faster: the payoff calculator, saving changes, and loading settings
v0.37.0
Sep 23, 2026- New walkthroughs: the dashboard, History, Tools, and Settings each walk you through themselves the first time you open them, showing what your plan includes. After an upgrade or a first switch to Advanced mode, each page shows just what's new. Replay any page's walkthrough from its ? button, Settings, or Help in the account menu
- Every plan can now log a payment or charge straight from a recommendation — 'Your next move', 'Also needs attention', and the Tools planners — with the amount filled in. In Simple mode, a card's Update balance now edits just the balance
- Tools redesigned: the three planners sit side by side with their inputs always visible, and the one you're using shows its results below. Allocate extra cash rows offer Log payment and Plan a purchase rows offer Add charge
- Allocate extra cash: when what's left can't bring a card down to its next level, it now pays cards further down that it can fully cover first
- Payoff calculator: works without an APR (a card without one is counted at 0%, with a note); highest-utilization-first now steps every card down one threshold at a time; a month-by-month table shows what goes to each card and when each gets under a level or is paid off, with a chart and a key-moments timeline
- Payoff calculator: choose whose payments to project from when solving from logged payments (this card or all cards), and fixed history being cut off for accounts with a long payment history
- Billing: switch between monthly and yearly, and cancel or resume your plan, without leaving LimitKeep
- Settings is now three tabs — General, Appearance, Notifications — and Profile has matching tabs for User details, Billing, and Delete account
- Deleting your account now gives you 30 days to change your mind: sign back in to restore everything. Your plan stops renewing but runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Fixed deleting an account failing when it had cards, and a paid subscription not being stopped when an account was deleted
- Your avatar shows your first and last initial when you've set a last name
- Updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, including how uploaded statements are processed; refreshed homepage feature list, FAQ, and screenshots
v0.36.1
Sep 22, 2026- Fixed Quick update's emailed/pushed "Update balance" link being usable by Free accounts — it now requires Lite or Pro, matching the in-app button, and the link is no longer offered to Free accounts in reminders
v0.36.0
Sep 21, 2026- New Lite plan ($4.99/month or $49.99/year, 2 months free): unlimited cards, every chart timeframe and History range, sort & filter, the full needs-attention list, Quick update, data export, all color palettes, and the whole Tools page (cash allocation, purchase planner, payoff calculator)
- Pro is now $7.99/month or $79.99/year (2 months free) and adds Advanced mode, custom thresholds, and the payoff calculator's history projection and allocation strategy on top of Lite
- New Simple/Advanced mode toggle in Settings → Mode (Pro only). Simple mode is for setting balances and following recommendations: no itemized payment/charge/interest logging, no slider, Simulation mode, statement upload, AZEO, or history editing. Free and Lite are always Simple; switching modes never changes your data
- In Simple mode the recommendation buttons ('Your next move', 'Also needs attention') become 'Update balance', and each card shows an Update balance action; balance updates still record a History entry
- History editing and backdating is now Advanced-mode (Pro) only; every plan can still view and undo entries
- Account page: Free / Lite / Pro comparison with in-place plan switching between Lite and Pro
- Homepage pricing now shows Free, Lite, and Pro; upgrade prompts point to the cheapest plan that unlocks a feature and note what Pro adds
v0.35.0
Sep 21, 2026- New Payoff calculator on the Tools page: pick one card or all of them and see how long payoff takes and what it costs in interest, by entering a monthly payment, choosing a payoff date, or projecting from your recorded payment history (you get a best-case/worst-case range if your payments have been uneven)
- With all cards selected, extra cash goes to the highest-APR card first (avalanche) or the highest-utilization card first, rolling to the next as each is paid off
- New optional Minimum payment field on cards, used by the Payoff calculator; without it, an assumed minimum is used. Planning only: nothing in the calculator changes a balance or logs a payment
v0.34.0
Sep 21, 2026- Clicking your avatar in the top right now opens an account menu with Profile, Settings, Help and a red Sign out button; Settings, Help and Sign out are no longer in the main navigation
- Expanded cards now have an interactive utilization slider: drag it, type a percentage, or snap to your low/high/critical thresholds to see the exact amount to pay or add, then click Log this payment/charge to open the form pre-filled (nothing changes until you confirm it)
- In Simulation mode, click a dollar amount in a card's Pay to reach each level list to set that card's simulated balance to that level
v0.33.6
Sep 21, 2026- Fixed the combined chart's dashed (partial-coverage) section not showing after 0.33.5: the chart was built before your cards finished loading, so it didn't know which cards to expect history for
v0.33.5
Sep 21, 2026- Fixed the combined chart dashing all earlier history whenever you open a new card: only your initial batch of cards (those added within 14 days of your first one) count as expected to have older history, so a card you open later is assumed to be new and never flags the time before it
v0.33.4
Sep 21, 2026- The combined chart's partial-coverage note is now worded in past tense ("only 1 of your 14 cards had history...") and suggests how to fill in the dashed part: upload statements or add past payments/charges by hand
v0.33.3
Sep 21, 2026- Combined utilization chart now flags stretches where the total only covers some of your cards (e.g. cards you added by hand before uploading their statements): that part of the line is dashed and dimmed, the tooltip says "Based on 3 of 7 cards", and a note under the chart explains it
- The chart's summary line and tooltip no longer report a change across the point where more cards join the total -- they compare against the first point covering the same cards as today
v0.33.2
Sep 21, 2026- Utilization chart's change readouts (summary line and tooltip) now say "%" instead of "pts", e.g. "▼ 12.0% vs Aug 22"
v0.33.1
Sep 21, 2026- Utilization chart line is straight between points again instead of a step line (hollow/filled dots, one point per slot, and everything else from 0.33.0 are unchanged)
v0.33.0
Sep 21, 2026- Utilization chart reworked: the timeframe now always ends on today at the right edge, with no future padding. Weekly = 7 daily points, Monthly = 30 daily points, Quarterly = 12 weekly points, Yearly = 12 monthly points -- every slot gets a point even when the balance didn't change (the Daily view is gone; Monthly is the new default)
- The line is now a step line instead of straight interpolation, since utilization jumps at a charge or payment rather than drifting; hollow dots mean nothing happened that period, filled dots mean at least one charge, payment, interest, or edit
- Hover/tap tooltip now leads with the date, utilization %, and balance, with the change vs the previous point and that period's charges/payments as secondary lines
- New summary line above the chart: current utilization, balance, and how many points it moved over the window
- Y-axis now scales to your data and critical threshold instead of a fixed 0-100%, with gridlines and threshold labels in the left gutter
- Charts now work on touch screens: tap or drag to inspect a point, tap it again or elsewhere to dismiss; timeframe buttons wrap to a 2x2 grid on phones
- Statement close/due markers now show past cycles inside the window, with upcoming ones listed under the chart ("Statement closes in 5 days") since the axis no longer extends into the future
- Free plan now includes the Monthly chart timeframe only; Weekly, Quarterly, and Yearly are Pro
v0.32.0
Sep 20, 2026- Added a new "Tools" page (Dashboard | History | Tools | Settings) -- "Allocate extra cash" and "Plan a purchase" moved there from the dashboard; Simulation Mode stays dashboard-only
- Tools now shows each recommended card as the same interactive row as the dashboard's cards table -- expand for history, Log payment/Add charge, edit, upload statement, and delete, all right from the recommendation
- That row is shared code (CardRow) reused by both the dashboard and Tools, rather than two separate implementations
- Tools' recommendation rows trade the limit/balance/utilization columns for one compact message ("Pay $X -> new balance $Y") and a current -> after status pill pair, instead of repeating the card's own numbers
v0.31.0
Sep 20, 2026- Cards list on mobile now uses Filter/Sort dropdowns instead of button rows, to fit narrow screens better
- "Also needs attention"'s suggested payment is now clickable, opening the log-payment form pre-filled with that card and amount
- Added the ability to skip a card out of "Your next move"/"Also needs attention" or "Allocate extra cash" for 1 day, 3 days, or 1 week, with an "Unskip all" option
- New shared "Closing window" setting (default 7 days), with separate toggles to limit "Your next move"/"Also needs attention" and "Allocate extra cash" to cards closing soon
- "Allocate extra cash" now prioritizes cards the same way "Your next move" does -- worst status tier first, then soonest closing date, then utilization -- instead of utilization alone
- History page: added a "Custom" timeframe option with start/end date pickers, showing total charged, total paid, and net change for exactly the range picked
v0.30.0
Sep 20, 2026- Statement uploads now read a card's name, last 4 digits, credit limit, and stated APR (the printed rate, preferred over the existing back-calculated estimate) off the statement itself, in addition to transactions
- 'Upload statement' now matches the parsed statement against your existing cards by last-4/name and asks you to confirm which card it applies to (or lets you pick a different one, or create a new card) before anything is saved
- Uploading a statement can now create a brand-new card from scratch -- reachable from the empty state and from the dashboard's 'Upload statement' button -- with a review step for every card field plus the transactions, sharing the exact same entry-review and duplicate-detection logic as adding a statement to an existing card
v0.29.0
Sep 20, 2026- Fixed a timezone bug where backdating or editing a payment/charge's date landed on the wrong calendar day for anyone west of UTC -- recordedAtForDate and statement imports both parsed dates as UTC midnight instead of local; also fixed the same day-off bug in the balance-change summary's period-end date
- Fixed a missing card_history update RLS policy that silently no-op'd every entry edit and every balance-shift write from a backdated insert/edit/undo -- the direct cause of edits appearing not to save and of stale, inaccurate historical balances (and utilization-chart spikes) after backdating
- History page: the Payments & charges list now respects the selected Timeframe range instead of always showing everything, with a new 'All' option (Pro) to see the full history at once; added pagination with a 25/50/100 per-page selector
- Added an optional memo field to payments and charges -- fill it in when logging a new entry or add/edit it later from the History page; it shows inline in the history list
- Statement upload now opens as a modal instead of an inline section that could land off-screen on mobile, flags likely-duplicate transactions (exact date+amount+type matches are skipped automatically, ambiguous same-amount-different-date matches require an explicit Keep/Skip before saving), and no longer overwrites the card's current balance -- it only backfills history
v0.28.0
Sep 16, 2026- "Log payment"/"Add charge" now include a date field (defaults to today) -- pick a past date to backdate an entry and it's inserted at its correct chronological spot, shifting every later balance-history and utilization-graph point instead of just appending today
- History page: added an Edit button (alongside Undo) on each payment/charge/interest entry -- change its amount or date and everything after it recalculates the same way a backdated entry does
- Editing a card's balance (Edit card or Quick update) now logs it as a charge or payment in the history list and balance-change summary instead of an invisible correction
v0.27.1
Sep 16, 2026- Log interest moved into each card's "..." actions dropdown (alongside Edit, Upload statement, Delete) instead of a fourth inline button -- mobile now uses the same dropdown too, so its action row stays to just Log payment/Add charge
v0.27.0
Sep 15, 2026- Added an "Interest" transaction type alongside charges/payments -- log the interest amount from a statement and it feeds into the same balance history, log, and undo as any other entry
- Cards can now have an APR -- when set (and the prior cycle wasn't paid in full), the card panel shows a live "estimated interest so far this cycle" figure computed from the card's own balance history
- New Pro feature: upload a PDF or photo of a card's statement and it's parsed into charges/payments/interest entries you review and edit before anything is saved, with an APR estimate derived from the statement's own interest charge
v0.26.0
Sep 15, 2026- Simulation Mode's "Reported utilization" target can now be raised as well as lowered -- raising it recommends which cards to add the difference to (lowest-utilization first, the same way lowering it recommends paydowns highest-utilization first)
- Added a "Plan a purchase" tool -- enter a purchase amount and it recommends which card to put it on to keep your utilization in the best shape, ranked gold/silver/bronze for the top 3 options, each showing the projected utilization change
- "Allocate extra cash" and "Plan a purchase" are now collapsible (just a title until clicked) and update live as you type -- no more separate button to click
v0.25.0
Sep 15, 2026- Removed the standalone Simulator page -- its what-if functionality now lives on the dashboard as a Simulation Mode toggle: edit any card's balance or utilization % right in the cards table (with the normal utilization bar still visible, and both fields recalculating live off each other), log hypothetical payments/charges that don't touch real data, and Apply -- behind a confirmation step listing every changed card -- when you're ready to commit the scenario for real
- Simulation Mode: cards with a simulated balance different from their real one now get a highlighted border, so a multi-card scenario is easy to scan at a glance
v0.24.0
Sep 15, 2026- Mobile: card list and history rows are now compact (cards: name/cycle/balance then utilization bar + status on two lines; history: one line per entry) instead of stacking every field with a label and forcing horizontal scroll -- the rest of a card's info (limit, edit/delete, log payment/charge) moved into its dropdown
- Utilization graph: now plots a continuous line across every day/week/month/year in the selected timeframe, carrying the last known balance forward through periods with no activity, instead of leaving gaps -- dots only mark periods with an actual balance change
- Utilization graph: stopped zooming the timeframe out to fit a statement-close or payment-due date that falls outside the selected window -- a marker outside the current view just doesn't render, rather than stretching the whole chart to include it
- Utilization graph: hovering a point now shows that point's own date instead of the date of whichever real event originally set its value
- Fixed utilization status (On target/Watching/Closing high/Critical) not actually advancing to the next tier when a balance landed exactly on a threshold -- paying the dashboard's recommended paydown amount now correctly drops the card's status
v0.23.5
Sep 14, 2026- Added a topbar to the blog matching the homepage's nav, on both the post list and individual posts
- Re-themed the blog and the login/signup/forgot-password/reset-password pages to match the homepage's visual design (colors, fonts, spacing, dark/light mode) instead of the generic app style they had before
- Auth pages now show a minimal logo-only header linking back to the homepage
v0.23.4
Sep 15, 2026- Add/edit card: replaced the native due-date picker with a hand-rolled one -- typing, clicking a calendar day, and Escape (no longer clears the field) all work correctly now
- Fixed the literal "Invalid Date" text that could leak into the add/edit card form's statement-close preview
- History: the weekly balance-change summary now defaults to a trailing 7-day window ending today instead of the Monday-anchored calendar week (which could show an empty future week)
- Dashboard: added a legend explaining what On target/Watching/Closing high/Critical mean, using your actual configured thresholds
- Deleting a card now shows an inline Undo (available for 30s or until you navigate away) that restores the card and its full history
- Combined utilization history chart now labels its blank future half as "no data yet" instead of leaving it unexplained
- Settings: Appearance now flashes a "Saved." confirmation after changing theme/palette, matching the other tabs' feedback
- Add-card form: Name field has an example placeholder, and the reporting-date "Change" link is now underlined so it reads clearly as a link
- Dashboard: "Pay $X now" renamed to "Log a $X payment" to make clear it logs a payment in LimitKeep, not an external action
- Settings: Email/Browser push notification toggles now explain what enabling each does, and the test button is labeled/explained as always sending by email
- Account page: the Pro plan's renewal line now shows the price alongside the renewal date
v0.23.3
Sep 14, 2026- Added a Yearly timeframe to the History page's balance-change summary
- Fixed History page horizontal scrolling on mobile -- payments/charges now stack into labeled cards like the main cards table already did
- Brand-new accounts (zero cards) now show a prominent add-your-first-card prompt plus a muted preview of the summary/next-move panels, instead of a blank page
- Fixed Credit limit and Current balance fields defaulting to a stuck leading 0 while typing or after backspacing -- they now behave like the Log Payment/Add Charge amount fields
- Fixed the card row "..." actions menu rendering off-screen below the fold for the bottom (or only) card -- it now flips to open upward when there isn't room below
v0.23.2
Sep 14, 2026- Fix signup confirmation emails linking to localhost in production -- signUp() was missing emailRedirectTo entirely (unlike the password-reset flow), so Supabase fell back to whatever the project's default Site URL was configured to instead of the domain the user actually signed up from
v0.23.1
Sep 14, 2026- Fix the hero billing-cycle diagram scrolling sideways on mobile -- dropped the SVG's 620px min-width and the horizontal-scroll wrapper so it now scales fluidly to fit any screen
- Bump the diagram's in-SVG label/annotation font sizes ~1.6x to compensate for text shrinking along with the diagram's geometry on narrow screens, so the 'Too late -- the number was already sent' punchline stays legible on phones
v0.23.0
Sep 14, 2026- Fix homepage signup CTAs (hero, pricing, closer) landing on Sign in instead of Create account -- the login page now opens in sign-up mode via a ?mode=sign-up param
- Add a real-screenshot section to the homepage ('What that looks like, for real') showing the actual dashboard, pay-this-first instruction, and per-card detail, instead of relying only on the illustrative hero chart
- Add a mobile hamburger menu to the homepage nav -- Why it matters/How it works/Your data/Pricing no longer vanish below 760px with no replacement
- Homepage: add a scroll hint under the hero's billing-cycle diagram on narrow screens, since it needs horizontal scrolling to stay legible
- Sign-up form: add a password show/hide toggle, a minimum-length hint, and upfront copy explaining the email-confirmation step before submitting
- Re-add the $49.99/year Pro price to the homepage pricing card (2 months free), anchored under the $4.99/month price instead of hidden until after signup
- Fix a date/math inconsistency in the homepage's worked example (the 9th -> April 2nd; four weeks -> three weeks, matching the app's 21-day default)
- Darken the homepage's muted eyebrow/label text color for WCAG AA contrast against the light-mode background
v0.22.0
Sep 14, 2026- Mobile: dashboard and simulator card tables no longer scroll horizontally -- each card now stacks vertically as a labeled, bordered box with all fields and buttons visible without scrolling
- Mobile: added a tappable Sort chip row (Utilization/Balance/Cycle/Status/Card/Limit) to replace the column-header sorting that's hidden along with the rest of the table header on small screens
v0.21.0
Sep 14, 2026- Mobile: collapse the app's top nav (Dashboard/History/Simulator/Settings/Help/Sign out) behind a hamburger menu below 760px instead of wrapping into a multi-row header on every page
- Fix a page-level horizontal-scroll bug present on every page -- an invisible info-tooltip popup was inflating the page's scrollable width even while closed
- Fix info tooltips clipping off-screen near narrow viewport edges, and enlarge touch targets (row actions, filter chips, info icons, pill toggles) specifically for touch input
v0.20.0
Sep 14, 2026- Add a History page listing every card payment and charge, with an Undo action that retroactively re-shifts every later balance on that card too, not just the current one
- Add a balance-change summary to the History page (added, removed, net for the current period) -- weekly for Free, with Daily/Weekly/Monthly on Pro
- Add History to the nav and onboarding tour
v0.19.0
Sep 14, 2026- Add a basic blog (post listing + individual posts), linked only from the homepage footer -- not part of the dashboard
- Add a first-login onboarding tour covering adding cards, utilization thresholds, recommendations, cash allocation, and the simulator -- relaunchable anytime from a new Help button or Settings
v0.18.0
Sep 14, 2026- Simulator: dragging a slider no longer reshuffles row order -- the table only re-sorts when you click a column header
- Simulator: click a card's utilization percent to type a target and see the amount to add or remove against its real balance -- updates that card's balance immediately
- Simulator: Solve now distributes a blended paydown through the same threshold tiers as the dashboard's Allocate extra cash tool (highest-utilization card first, tier by tier) instead of zeroing one card out before the next, and shows how much each affected card needed
- Simulator: fixed a table column-width reflow that caused visible flicker while dragging, reworded live scenario to simulated scenario, and added tooltips
- Add a search box to filter cards by name or last 4 digits in real time
- Homepage no longer advertises the yearly Pro price upfront -- only $4.99/month; the yearly option (2 months free) now appears after clicking into signup, on the Account billing screen
- Add a clearly visible Log in link to the homepage nav
- Add an optional last name field to Account settings
- Pay this first now breaks ties between similarly-high-utilization cards by whichever one's statement closes soonest, instead of ranking by utilization alone
v0.17.0
Sep 14, 2026- Fix the utilization chart line breaking into disconnected segments across time gaps -- it now always connects every visible point in chronological order
- Reword the cash-allocation prompt to drop the emoji and read more professionally
- Add 7 new color palettes (Ocean, Slate, Sunset, Grape, Sand, Aurora, Berry) alongside the original Forest look, independent of the light/dark/system toggle -- Sunset/Aurora/Berry are gradient palettes carried across buttons, progress bars, panel accents, and the utilization chart; every palette but Forest is Pro-only
- Add (i) tooltips to the utilization percentage, thresholds, recommendation boxes, cash-allocation tool, and per-card payoff targets
v0.16.0
Sep 8, 2026- Fix landing page pricing to match the real Free (10 cards) and Pro ($4.99/mo, $49.99/yr) plans
- Add one-click data export for Pro subscribers
- Add billing terms to the Terms of Service and disclose Stripe as a data processor in the Privacy Policy
v0.15.0
Sep 7, 2026- Add Pro-only Quick-update mode to tab through and save every card balance at once
- Add and edit cards by entering your payment due date instead of the statement closing date, which is calculated automatically
v0.14.0
Sep 7, 2026- Added a Free/Pro tier via Stripe: Free is capped at 10 cards, Pro ($4.99/month or $49.99/year) unlocks unlimited cards, custom utilization thresholds, monthly/yearly graph views, secondary needs-attention recommendations, the payoff-amount progress messaging, the cash-allocation planner, and card sort/filter
- Every Pro-only feature stays visible but locked for free accounts, with a Pro badge and an upgrade link, instead of being hidden
- New Settings > Plan section shows current plan/card usage and Upgrade or Manage billing buttons
- Card creation now goes through a new server route that enforces the free-tier limit server-side, not just in the UI
v0.13.0
Sep 7, 2026- Chart timeframe redesigned: today is now centered with a labeled TODAY marker, past history behind it and blank future ahead (aside from close/due markers) -- Daily=14 days, Weekly=12 weeks, Monthly=12 months, Yearly=5 years, all centered on today instead of trailing
- Fixed axis date labels to include the year once a chart's timeframe spans more than one, since a centered Monthly/Yearly view could otherwise show the same month/day twice (e.g. Mar 8 to Mar 8) with no way to tell the years apart
- Fixed the TODAY/CLOSES/DUE markers overlapping into unreadable text at zoomed-out timeframes -- they now merge into one combined, color-coded label whenever they land close enough together
v0.12.0
Sep 7, 2026- Added a third tick mark (the 10% target threshold) to the overall utilization meter and to every card's utilization bar in the table, alongside the existing warning/critical ticks
- Chart time-view switched from a dropdown to buttons above the chart
- Charts now always span the full selected timeframe (30 days/12 weeks/12 months/5 years) regardless of how much history exists, leaving gaps blank instead of stretching sparse data to fill the chart or collapsing to a single dot
- Fixed a bug where a card's utilization chart could clip the leading letter off its bottom-left date label when there was only one history point
v0.11.0
Sep 7, 2026- Added email and browser push reminders: one 7 days before a card's statement closes, one 7 days before its payment is due (no threshold alerts, since balances are entered manually and you already see those immediately)
- New Notifications section in Settings with Email and Browser push toggles; browser push requires a one-time permission grant per device
- Daily reminder check runs via Vercel Cron, sends through Resend (email) and Web Push (browser), and de-duplicates so the same reminder never sends twice for the same card and cycle
- Refactored card/date/utilization math (thresholds, days-until, payoff amounts, currency/date formatting) out of the dashboard page into a shared src/lib/cards.ts, used by both the dashboard and the new reminder cron job
v0.10.0
Sep 7, 2026- Allocate extra cash results now show each card's statement close date next to its name
- Utilization charts gained a Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly view selector that resamples history into that granularity, a true time-scaled x-axis instead of even index spacing, and (on a per-card chart) a yellow statement-close-date line and a red payment-due-date line
- Fixed the landing page's worked example to use the app's actual 21-day default payment-due offset (was showing a 28-day gap) and corrected a pricing math error (Go Pro annual button said $48/year for a $5/month plan, now $60/year)
v0.9.0
Sep 7, 2026- Allocate extra cash and every payoff-target list now use a third, user-configurable Target threshold (default 10%) alongside Warning and Critical, instead of hardcoded 20%/10% rungs (requires the new low-threshold migration in supabase/schema.sql)
- Reported utilization now shows the dollar amount needed to reach the next lower target, right under the overall percentage
- Renamed Needs action to Your next move, and gave the Also needs attention list a bordered box to match the Pay this first card
- Themed the scrollbar on Also needs attention and the cards table, and the up/down spin buttons on number inputs, to match light/dark mode instead of the browser default
- Allocate extra cash no longer recalculates as you type: the prompt, amount field, and Optimize my payment button stay visible together, and results only appear after clicking Optimize
v0.8.0
Sep 7, 2026- Add a charge to a card's balance, alongside logging a payment (requires the new charge-event-type migration in supabase/schema.sql)
- Card row actions redesigned: Edit and Delete moved into a dropdown menu, Log payment and Add charge stay as one-click buttons
- Needs action panel now highlights one obvious primary card to pay first, with the rest listed below it
- Allocate extra cash redesigned: a single prompt and Optimize my payment button reveal the input, then show the resulting overall utilization drop before the per-card priority list
- Fixed all currency amounts to always show a plain $ instead of occasionally showing US$ (forced en-US locale)
v0.7.1
Sep 6, 2026- Fixed unreadable sort/filter dropdown options in dark mode
- Combined utilization history graph is now shown by default instead of hidden behind a hard-to-notice toggle
v0.7.0

- Signed-in visitors to / are redirected straight to /app
